Small and medium Korean companies have developed high quality innovative products or services that are starting to be recognized by foreign customers outside Korea. Sometimes these companies would like to acquire extra knowledge on how to approach of doing business overseas. They are looking for the networks and resources needed to enter overseas markets, more specifically European markets.

In these markets, business and cultural practices are often very different from what suppliers might experience in South Korea or other Asian countries. South Korean SMEs are often interested in understanding how to meet European customers’ expectations.

For example, 'would French customers like my product’s design or color?' or 'What would be a good price for my product in the Romanian market?' are often the kind of questions suppliers ask when preparing their market entry project. Indeed, in many areas of activity, like Europe, there is already  intense competition in terms of the services or products offered and customers’ expectations are high. Luckily, European customers are starting to be aware of Korean culture and lifestyle, but still have many things to discover.

For this, each Korean company receives a solution fit for its own situation and goals. As such, Les Françaises Consulting agency focuses on increasing the company’s competencies in the international business environment. For this, the key is being close to and understanding each company’s business challenge.
