Founded in 2019 by Brazilian CEO Loma Sernaiotto, the B2C startup based in Seoul provides a variety of skincare products to Brazilian market, from popular and indie Korean brands, with strict guidelines for curation.

“Not testing on animals is non-negotiable. We also give preference to vegan and natural formulations, when possible.” said the CEO.
Loma Sernaiotto wants to develop a bridge between new Korean sustainable brands and Brazilian consumers looking for quality efficient products. “urGlow is the right place to go when you want to get into Korean skincare, but don't know exactly how to start”, she added.
The startup focuses on a customized experience, from product curation to packaging, and educating consumers about skincare through social media and email marketing. Due to Loma Sernaiotto’s experience with content marketing, the brand is building a community of engaged consumers sharing their skincare journeys.
